Cart without a horse?

With all the buz around Web 2.0, I’m encountering  little written on its impact for management practices in education. A quick flick through some of the more likely candidates in my blog roll also reinforced this perception. Silence on ICT management practices generally. Much on educational leadership. Maybe I need to dig deeper?  A pity as the business principles of Web 2 are also critical in deploying and sustaining Web 2 technologies. Some of the emerging principles include services oriented architectures, participatory management, collective intelligence, the ‘long tail’ and perpetual beta.  Maybe I should go back to Tim O’Reilly.
